    Yup - just started today.  Twice so far.

    I get calls from this number which is either restricted or unrestricted  at times and they just leave the phone open and let me hear background noises. While I have some friends in the Seattle area, the only way they would do that is if a child they were sitting, got hold of the phone and dialed then sat there. Other wise I don't know who is calling as I refuse to pay money to find out when it should be free!
