Called me at 8:24 a.m. Did not answer.

This number called my mom and said the recording voice "it's the IRS you have a lawsuit against you please call

Me too ! Just now ! I had a call last year and they threatened to come arrest me on Monday I'm still waiting ! I called the IRS and they said they will never call and ask for money they said they send you a few letters before calling you and they always give you the option to make payment arrangements

called at 227p, PST. Robotic voice saying that this is the "final attempt to tell me that IRS have 3 lawsuit against me." Even for a robot, it sounded like English was not the primary language. (Appears on caller ID as "POTS Phone WA.")

Left a message saying the IRS is filling a law suit against me. Bogus scam caller.

This is a scam call from a recording saying they are the IRS.  They have called me twice on my cell and leave messages.

Just received two messages on my answering machine saying IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.  This was a pre-recorded message in very good English....no accent.  Also the caller ID was the same . . . "POTS Phone WA".

Called 5 Am and did the IRS junk

Claimed to be the IRS...left message that the IRS has a lawsuit against us and this was our final warning. Got a call a couple of weeks ago also claiming to be IRS, but from different number and a couple weeks before that...the United State Treasury called, also different number...that one had a strong India accent. Isn't this illegal? Can't something be done? We never pick up numbers we do not know. Get several a day!

I was Clled Twice today Teling me the IRS is tring to reach me regarding a law suit by them for back taxes I callewd back and they are rude abd demanding this id a scam The IRS will not call you they send a letter you can call them.

Called twice, first time no message, but second time left a robotic message that the IRS was going to sue me.

Called from Seattle Washington with an automated message the same as others are reporting. It says this is the IRS notifying you that this is our final attempt to contact you and the Internal Revenue Service will be filing a lawsuit against me if I don't call them back.  Never received anything in the mail from the IRS and don't have anything the IRS could sue me for. I'm not calling them back and I'll see what happens!!

Caller left voicemail saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me - scam for sure!  IRS doesn't call, will send letter explaining the issue(s).  Also, I don't have anything about which the IRS would be contacting me.

Got the same call. Came up Washington dc. Called back some rude person, definitely not American.  Advised I had a lawsuit being filled against me and wanted my lawyers information.  I was just as rude and advised him I would not provide him any information over the phone. That if I owed the irs then to mail me something stating that.  He advised me to wait for the cops to arrest me and hung up on me....I'm waiting.....

Received a call from these scammers. I gave them a warning.
