Had a computerized message saying to call back or good luck with our lives.  I called back, and the caller (a male of possibly Indian  nationality) answered asking what I wanted .  I asked what the purpose of the call was, and he said,'Shut up, you stupid [***]."  Sorry, but I laughed.  WOW

Just got a voicemail claiming this was regarding a criminal action, case no. 76295, and to have me or my attorney contact them immediately or face the consequences.

i just received the same call from the david smith indian guy.  googled the david smith and badge number and got pics of a white dude.  i dont get what they wanted with this scam, i didnt give them any info.  what could they gain from it lol

Same guy called me today and said the exact same thing. Did the same thing as Jason and goggled the name and badge number. Once I started asking questions he hung up.
