    Recorded message saying that htis is my last and final call because the IRS is coming after me.... yada yada
    The IRS works in person and through the US Snail, not through threatening phone calls.

    Same message as above.  IRS calling to inform me this is final notice.  I would hope the IRS at least would have an 800 number.  Bogus.
