This call is obviously a scam ! The IRS is suing you, Yeah right !! and notifying you over the phone.
I did call back with the intention of sending them to @%$@(&%^$#

I received a call from this number at 7:07am on February 23,2016. I did not answer and a voicemail was left saying they were the "IRS" and were suing me and that I should call back immediately. I'm guessing this is a scam to gather personal/financial information from the people they call

Same here!!! I was freaking out but then realized that this can't be true. I'm so relieved to see others were called.

this number called me said they were irs i told them i know where they live and i will find them and there done they hung up

I keep getting a call from this number telling me it's irs I'm being sued I'm sick of all these damn scams get a job jerks.

Irs is suing you. If that were true, it would come in the form of legal papers being served on me. Also, the call should come from the closest major city of that federal district. Also I think there would be an audit first!

Another IRS call. The second in a week. This is a different number from the last with a woman's voice.
They called at 7:30 AM. I guess to try to catch you while you are still somewhat sleepy & not thinking clearly.  IRS is suing me. Said some unpleasant words to them.

Yea I got this call about 20 min ago.  I didn't answer,  but a bunch of red flags went up when I listened to the voice-mail. They told me this was my final notice,  when I had never been contacted.  All info I have recieved in the past has been through mail.  I only had phone calls when someone used my social on a tax form and I had an interview with fraud agents. But to be safe I called the IRS and they said it's a scam haha,  so don't give any info!

I have had 3 different numbers call and say they are the IRS and going to sue me and issue a warrant for my arrest...this is ridiculous!

I have had 3 different calls (different( numbers- they are not the IRS - wondering how they are getting our phone numbers - thought cell phones were non published? Anyway I don't call back...

Same as everyone else. IRS scam. Funny how when I try to call them back to let them have it they don't answer! Maybe I'll try at a horrible hour since they are 4 hours behind me!

IRS scam, IRS is filing lawsuits against me. Spoke with Peter Johnson. Hung up on me twice after I said I was recording him...206-488-5864

206-488-5864...I let it go to voicemail..said they were the IRS and that I was being sued...I guess I have joined the ranks! So sad how crooked some people/organizations are these days. Rant over :-)
