IRS scammer

"Last notice" (3 calls so far) claiming the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me

left a message saying I was being sued by the IRS but didn't mention my name or any name for that matter

Received two calls today, one to the cell number, one to the land line, both left messages that the IRS was filing a suit against me, in both cases, the caller did not mentioned my name, or give any case number.  Be Careful!!

Repeated calls from this number saying the IRS was filing suit against me and I should call them back. I did call asking who they were, where they got my number and to remove it from their call list because I was not interested in their product or service. And they hung up on me. I heard a call room in the background.

There is a widespread IRS (or CRA) or "tax scam" being  practiced by scammers on both USA and Canadian residents.
