Several robocall from this number to request case file# . Did not call back.

This number called me claiming the irs is filling a law suit against  me its bull (****)

I just got the call, too. "To get immediate info on this case..."

Bogus "IRS" scam- called back and confronted them and they said F*** you b**** to me.

Fake IRS suing scam! You would be audited by the IRS at least first. Don't let them get your info

others above have nailed it. bogus IRS scam. they've called twice today. local newspaper says the scammers are working this area (Iowa) pretty hard.

They called me twice today and left robo-messages. I blocked their number

They left 4 voice messages today all with the same robo message that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against, pause wait for it....you. Can't even get my name. Is an obvious scam.

IRS.  did not leave a name.  This is from Seattle, Washington.

It is NOT the IRS.  It is a scammer in India or Pakistan.

Received several calls from this 206 488 9070, a man who has a strong accent, could be from India. Said his name was Paul Davis and that I was being sued by the IRS on the following day they will freeze my banking account suspend my drivers license and reposes my vehicle.. Not sure how he new my address. Said if I do not want this to happen I must leave work immediately and withdraw cash and call him back at 206-259-6369 for directions to nearest EPPS Location to deposit cash. Stated I must not tell anyone several times to me. I said ok.. I immediately called IRS.. My account was reviewed and I do not owe the IRS. Was instructed to called IRS at 1-800-366-4484 and report this scam !!

Got 3 calls in one day in a matter of hours.  The worst recorded/canned message in the history of robo calls.  Obviously a scam.  Told me this was my final notice that the IRS was about to sue me. Told me to call this number to get case details.  As if ....
