I just got this call and knew it was a scam.  We called the number back and let them go on for 12 minutes with all of their BS.  It was quit amusing listening to them.  I can unfortunately see how some people could get taken by this.

Automated Message claiming they are the IRS and they are filing s lawsuit. The IRS doesn't threaten a lawsuit.  They will file liens and levies if you don't respond to notices.

Ohhhh really! Is there anybody that believe that IRS is going to do this through a MESSAGE IN YOUR PHONE? This is ridiculous! I think they do that to get very naïve people. And believe me - some will call this number back. I do not know HOW they do that continuously... that is so aggravating that now they have YOUR CELL PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please, do not call back. Let them "have this law suit"... LOL
