Received a call from this number did not answer. automated message was left IRS investigation of my address and that an arrest warrant had been issued. This is a scam the IRS will never call you.

I got a call on what I thought was my Un-listed cell number but didn't answer. They left a voice mail, it was an AUTOMATED RECORDING saying they were with the FBI Tax Evasion Office. They went on to say my address was being monitored by local and state authorities and a Warrant for my Arrest has been issued. Even if the FBI Tax Evasion Office was calling, it wouldn't be some lame Automated call... SCAM.

Unless they identified you by name, they don't actually have your unlisted number, they're just calling people at random hoping to scare someone into falling for their scam. The IRS sends mail, they don't call. And you aren't warned in advance if there's a warrant for your arrest because then you could simply avoid the police when they come for you.

This call is spam and says I have a warrant for my arrest

IRS scam. Its tax season so expect a lot of them.

Repeated calls, just one answer of my call-back: I must act immediately to claim my $100 rebate   (blah, blah). I blocked calls from this number and for good measure added a contact: "SCAMMERS."

I've been missing calls from this number for a couple of weeks. My Google Pixel tells me that it's a suspected spam caller. Love that feature!
