This caller keeps calling and hangs up

Caller keeps calling repeatedly, no message left.

Received 3 phone calls from this number today. No message left. I'm on the NDC list and this is very annoying! I didn't sign up for anything recently, that would have warranted my number being called by a million spam calls. So annoyed!

an indian sounding woman calls from this number claiming to be from, the treasury dept, then from the "government agency" . i called them back several times and the caller seems very flustered when you ask them any questions. broken english is a bad sign. they a scam.

3 calls from this number all same guy, one call from a private number and one from a 202 area code. A lady called private. All calls about the same thing. Federal grant for 9000. I tell them to take me off list. Lady said no list n they will keep calling. Guy told me I "have" to listen to him. He kept yelling at me "Who the hell are you!"  All these calls came today from 12-4. I reported to my county Sheriff today.

Oh man, I keep getting hit by this guy too. He and some woman keep calling, and if you don't answer one number, they try from another 202 number, or a 000 number, and they keep at it. I keep blocking them all, but it's getting intense. I don't know how to stop these people, but it's getting crazy. I'm tempted to pick up next time they try and just start messing with them.

I recieve several calls from these guys. I've given them the run around each time. I also called the irs to check up on them. They are a scam.
