Left me a messege claiming to be an IRS agent. Claimed i have criminal charges against me. I call back, stay on hold exactly 7 mins then disconnects.

Same! The call came form Miami FL. I'm thinking it's defiantly a SCAM

He said  IRS has criminal charges against me and that I should call back immediately

It is a scam.  Report to FTC.

Report a recorded call claiming immediate response required or he wishes me good luck with this lawsuit, alarming but when I googled the number it appears to be a scam.

Goodbye." When I call back, get the same approx. 7 minute wait period and a disconnect.  Reported to the Nat. Do not call registry.

When I call this number, I get a recorded message saying that the number I have called is incorrect.

Maybe because the number doesn't exist and was SPOOFED?

Same robotic voice of Officer Edward and even the same reference number as everyone else !
Who knows how they are taking advantage of people but all I can say is DO NOT CALL HIM BACK

Same BS call to me. I thought the message was odd at the time, and didnt think legit IRS Agent would taunt taxpayers, etc.

With all these post on here I had the same voicemail message left in my phone ....but the number he told me to call back is 708 967 3205

i did a lot of research on this and yes its a scam...DO NOT call them back .  I HATE crap like this .  what balls to do this knowing how illegal it is .  Real IRS agents call you personally and talk to you.  They do not use robot messaging services.

Faulty, definitely a scam. Freaking calls you all day. When you call back, he hangs up. Guys don't fall for this crap. We as human beings should know by now the difference between a scam and if it's for real. If the IRS wants to get in touch with you, trust me they will mail you first.

Same here, and i literally filed my taxes yesterday, these people are just sad.

I received the exact same message, the only difference was the phone number for me to call back. Definitely a scam!

I got the same call by 8782011645 stating "This is officer Edward Jonathan call in from the legal department internal in your services this is in reference to it from the lawsuit filed against use your case number is 547416 the moment receive this message I need to return the call the issue at hand is extremely time sensitive to the hotline to my this kid is 87801164 file I've I repeat it's (878) 201-1645.

Don't disregard this message to return the call now if you don't return the call and I don't hear from your Atty. either then the only thing I can do is really good luck at this situation unfolds on you good bye." SPAM SPAM SPAM... at-least they should have updated case number !!!

Same scam from officer Edwards. I'm tired of scams like this make you on edge of your nerves. I hope he gets caught . Think another all the people he scams.
