    Says that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me which is a scam.  Blocked number and reported them to the FTC.

    IRS scam. Says they’re coming to arrest me unless I pay $4k, that they want wired to them. Such thick accents it’s hard to understand, I played along  for a few minutes before I laid onto them :)
