These are telemarketers.  They call and hang up in hopes you will return the call to see who is calling.  That way the long distance call will be on your dime.

Unfortunately, they have a bunch of rotary numbers that they dial out of.  It's a boiler room.  So your going to have to constantly block numbers. Call your phone company to get your phone on the do not call list. Unfortunately, you have to do this on a yearly basis.

It's a cruise the Bahama sales call.  Good deal though!  If you ever wanted to take a short trip to Freeport and experience Bahamanian waters, etc., this is a chance to do so.  They make their money off of "additional offers of travel," not off the short roundtrip cruise from West Palm Beach.  All you have to do is say no to the additional offers of travel.
