This is total fraud...should have action taken against these callers. Leave exceptionally threatening messages, don't speak English well...DO NOT RETURN CALLS.

Multiple calls on home and cell phones alleging we're about to be sued by IRS unless we pay a certain amount now.

Just got a call. Same message. Pretty sure it's a fraud because 1) it's a robo call, and I don't think that's how official government business is conducted, and 2) the phrase "magistrate judge" is ungrammatical and not even American English. "Magistrate" is European English -- it's their term for "judge." So basically the phrase is saying "judge judge." Sorry -- retired English teacher.

Received exact same call ~10 mins ago on my cell phone and let voice mail pick it up. Very poor quality recorded voice. Irritated me enough to go online & find all your responses. Think I'll report this to the Feds since it's obviously a scam and they are harassing many people.

The IRS will not call you. They send letters via US Mail. The IRS won't ask you to pay in i-Tunes cards. The IRS will not wish you "good luck as the situation unfolds". Trust yourself and your instincts - do not let a bully intimidate you by threats that are nothing but hot air (and bad breath). This is a SCAM.

Do not answer calls you don't know and never call them back.

So I've received two calls from them one on Friday &' one today not gonna lie first time I almost felt for it.. thankfully I didn't. Today I called them back retuning their call some girl answered.. I let them know I reported them to the sheriffs department.. &' that lady had the nerve to tell me 'Shut up you [***]' & hung up.. People that don't know what to do with their lives but to mess with others.. definitely blocked them.
