For the past two weeks and this number has called me and told me they were the IRS and a lawsuit was being filed against me when I tried to call back and asked where they were Affiliated out of I was hung up on and now when I tried to call no one will answer

Got a call from this number, called back and a foreign sounding guy said "Internal Revenue Service".   I did not respond and he hung up.

206-701-7542 just called and left a message on my phone saying that they are the IRS. The IRS does not operate in this informal fashion; they send you a registered letter. So these folks must be a den of NON-IRS thieves.

IRS Scammers

Same as others middle Easter voice saying he was IRS and a lawsuit had been filed against me. When I asked what my social security number was and my address he got mad and said that either I paid the "miscalculation" of $600. Or I could bring my lawyer to federal court in Washington DC.  I started laughing and he really lost it. Calling me names and so on.  Don't fall for this it is 100% scam!!!

Received a call from "Officer Mike Wilson" of the "IRS".  I was to pay $9,800 owed to the IRS to him or the $2,000 to stop my arrest.  I played along and told him they should come arrest me since I don't have that kind of money.  I was asked how much I had in my savings and checking accounts so they can "work something out" to help me. What a joke!

scam. they change their phone number every month. I call them back relentlessly, insult them continuously until they stop calling. I promise they do not like being harassed and insulted. Imagine that..
