Same number called me with roboto voice message to call their accounts department.

Got a call stating IRS is starting a lawsuit against me.  What a joke!!  A recording and a Washington State Area Code.  They are really sick.  I hope the IRS goes after them for fraud.  We saved the phone message.

Called cell number with recorded IRS lawsuit claim message 2 times today

this number calls and leaves voicemail describing how the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me, called them back, only foreigners answer, speaking very poor english and they garble the pronunciation of their names. when i ask for them to send whatever it is in writing, they got combative, when i asked to talk with someone who spoke better English, they hang up. THIS IS A SCAM!! DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFO!!!

I just got this same message this morning.  The IRS is suing me.  LOL

Same here. This woman called and left a messege saying that it was the IRS. I call back and she asks me if I'm worried about it??? Shady! First, I'm pretty sure that if I was being sued by the IRS there would be something in writing and it would be more professional. I questioned her and when she told me that it was being recorded I told her that I am glad so then I can use it to show that they were being a fraud.. She then hung up. Go figure!

IRS Scam:

The IRS does not need to sue anyone.  They send you first class letters delivered by the Post Office.  Several of them.  Ignore those, and they then send certified letters that you need to sign for.  Again delivered by the Post Office.  Ignore those and they simply freeze your bank accounts and anything else you own.  If they can do that, then why would they bother with a court case that might take them years before they get in front of a judge?  They also do not bother arresting people for a few thousand dollars for the same reasons I have already given.

IRS scam.  Warn your elders.  These rat buggers will scare them into sending money.

Got a call from this number that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. I called the number and Miss Johnson answered. I asked what was she calling about and what is her IRS badge number. She hung up.

I got the same call. I'm calling to report it to the BBB and local police Dept. Here in Tyler TX

Just received a call from this number stating the same thing, IRS suing me. Thanks for letting me know! Good to know I am not alone.
