It is a collection agency of some sort. Very annoying......They were looking for someone named evelyn. I told them I had this number for over 4 years and no one by that name lives or has this number. I asked that he stop calling my phone. He was very, very rude and stated he will call as often as he chooses.

Some gentleman called and was kind of vague when I asked "May I ask whom is calling?". Something like Convergent and wanted to verify some Paypal payment to my account. Sounds like a debt collector and wouldn't state the entire nature of the call. Just told him I don't have that account and he has the wrong person.

answered cell phone, was told to stay on hold ' I just answered the phone and was told this'............ Iam on a safe link phone with a minimum amount of minuets........ not good for me......

Keeps calling and doesn't leave message. Today answered in a little old lady's voice nothing, hung up. Texted them to tell them to stop calling me. If they continue can pay me. Really don't like people calling and not leaving messages or answering when you say hello.

I have received numerous calls from this number. They never respond when I answer and never leave a voicemail when I don't. When I've tried to call them back, I'm put on hold. I have no idea why I keep getting calls from this number and I want it to stop!

Just had a successful call with Convergent. I called the number again, this time reaching a human. He was very polite when I explained the problem. He asked me if I was Dorothy somebody. I said I wasn't and my number was probably hers before I got this number a year ago. He said he'd remove my phone number and thanked me for calling! Yea! (we'll see...)

This number keep calling my work cell phone so I finally called it back. When the system answered it told me to hold for The next agent. When the gentleman finally got on the phone he asked for a person by the name of Craig. I told him that this number keeps calling my work cell phone number and he said that they would take it off of their calling list. It's definitely a collection agency. Time will tell if you back surely taken my work sell off of their system

I have received several calls from this number, and they never leave a message.  I finally answered, and the call was disconnected.  When I called back I was told to please wait as my call was very important to them at which point I disconnected the call.

I missed a call from this number a short time ago, but if as you say it is a collection agency, can they call this late in the evening?  Call was received at 8:57pm EDT.

I keep getting messages to my work phone, which is a government agency phone. The automated calls for a "Keisha Garrett"? I have no idea who that is but i'm never able to reach an agent to ask them to stop calling. I feel like it's probably some type of creditor calling since they are name specific.
