I also received a call from this # - He identified himself as Jeff Young, representing Technosoft.
I could see him working on the computer.  When I told him I didn't have access to my account #, that my family held that information for safe keeping he became somewhat disinterested.

I received a call saying they were from the Windows 8 team and were getting errors from my computer and wanted me to connect with them to solve the problem. I asked for a number to call back and they gave me this number. I asked for an 800 number and they said they couldn't do that because I hadn't paid for this service yet, then they hung up.
