It would  be a Federal offense if I did not call that number back. ..or appear risk the possibility of having to appear before a magistrate.

I've been receiving a call from this number (Washington) as well as a slew of calls from a "private" caller (no number provided).  All last week.  This particular call from 206-801-1877 involves them leaving part of a voice message saying something about a second attempt to reach me and that I will have to appear before a magistrate or federal grand jury having to do with, or to avoid, a criminal offense.  Clearly some kind of scam.  In addition to this caller engaging in criminal activity, this is just plain ole annoying as hell.
