Saying there is a judgement against my name and social security number but when I ask them to send me something in writing they say they can't.  And if I don't resolve this they will have someone come to my home or office to arrest me.

I've had 3 calls in the past 6 months. I knew it was a fraud and the last call I decided to play with them.  I told them I was a lawyer and would know if I was in legal trouble.  He promptly asked me for my Bar #!  These guys are good!. I'm worried they have my name and last 4 digits of my SSN.  Is there anyone I can officially report this to?  Having a phone # tells me someone in law enforcement can trace these scum bags.

These people have been harrassing me for almost 2 years. I have reported them to every agency possible.  They know how far to take the scam so there is nothing that can legally been done. Anybody have any ideas about how to stop this crap?

I just recieved a message from the same person,they didn't call directly they some how just left a voice message threatening me about a dept.It's sad that you're info can get in the wrong hands now I have to change my number again because of an idiot. Try changing your number if it's not to much trouble for you & if they get that number then screen your calls or have them blocked.

I recieved a voice message from some one claiming they are calling form the U.S investigation bureau,I knew it was a scam because they never said who they were calling for.They made threats & I pretty much laugh & ignored them but I wanted to let it be known that they did try to get money from us.

Just had a call on my voice mail at work.  Had to listen 3 times to understand him.  Legal matter, blah blah, arrest,blah blah, last 4 digits of Social are not mine, blah blah,, and his parting words- if you don't want to pay this, may God help you.

Have recieved several calls from this number.Couldn't understand half of the conversation.Investigation crap and same parting words may god help you if you do not pay this.

I received numerous calls from this number.  The caller says that his name is Officer Roy Wilson from the United States Investigations office in Washington DC.

I called the number back and he again stated he was Officer Roy Wilson and that I was a being charged with fraud and that if I did not pay $687.00 immediately I would be charged as criminal in my state.  When I asked for his badge number and a direct line to his supervisor he became upset and started to rant about how I am going to regret not paying this money and he wished me "goodluck" as the situation unfolds against me.

This is a scam and needs to ne investigated!

I actually fell for it back in May, and today they started calling again saying I owe the same money. I researched on line the "National Bureau of Investigation,debt collectors" and found all kinds of info. I filed a complaint with The Attorney General and gave their Phone number and tomorrow I am going to my bank to see if I can do some kind of chareback.

Same thing here, had a call at work, stating there is a case against me with the FBI, I need to call soon, if I don't call then I'm assuming responsibility...last 4 of my soc # were wrong, address was off, etc. Will be arrested blah blah blah.

Got a similar call this morning.  Says I owe money on a payday loan I never took.  Indian or middle eastern accent, identified himself as an officer.  Said I had to pay 635 dollars or would be arrested for bank fraud, obtaining a loan under false pretenses, theft, and breech of contract.
