This is a spoofed number by those low life mofos that are using their robocaller to call every number they can find and try to scam folks. Be careful, don't answer their calls. The lazy a$$ mofos in Washington DC already betrayed us and are not willing to protect us. Block every number this idiots call you from, because that is the only option you have.

It's the telemarketer/survey scam. . Call back gets, "Thanks for calling.  The survey you were called for is now finished."  This robo "survey" is how the telemaggots get around the DNC regulations.  There is no survey just some nonsense questions.  You'll be offered a free something for completing the survey then asked for you credit card number.  It's a SCAM.  Block it.
