I was getting repeated text messages about once a month from this number trying to sell a product.  They thought I was someone named "Rocky".  I blocked the text number, but still received them from other numbers.  This time it was a voice message and he actually left his name (Bill) and call back number.  I called "Bill" back, but not the number he left on the voice mail, I called the number on the caller ID, 206-801-9578.  The was actually a "Bill" there.  I told him he had the wrong number, there was nobody named "Rocky" here and asked that I be taken off their calling list.  He was actually very polite and apologetic about it, didn't ask me for my name or try to sell me something.  I think they were selling a product similar to Life Alert.
