I received a call.  I know of somebody else who sold their pool & spa business through this company.  I was wondering if anybody else had direct experience with this firm.

I hadn't heard of this company initially.  I did some poking around - they've worked with a number of clients here in Calgary.

Received an inquiry in regards to selling my company.  I've heard of these guys but I'm not interested in selling right now.

I also got a call about my business.  I'm not selling my business anytime soon but I know someone that sold their company through this firm around I think October last year.

Came across a press release about a big coffee or coffee equipment type company they sold in Washington state.

No one on this thread mentions company name. This thread is fishy - and so are the hang up calls my company receives at odd hours. Sunday night at 7pm?

Received a call at 9pm exactly local time. I sent the call to voicemail, because the phone number ID was "restricted". Who the heck calls at 9pm at night? Well, this was a guy named Matthew. He sounded like a real person reading from a script. He wanted to talk to one of the owners. He said he was with a mergers and acquisition firm and was looking for companies in our area (nothing specific - no mention of the type of industry). He only left his first name of "Matthew" and a cell phone number of 206-858-8644. So, I called back this morning and got his voicemail. It said I had reached "Matthew with Integrated"... and to leave a message. Nothing further. Quite frankly, suspicious or not of these types of calls to begin with... the fact that a guy claiming to do "professional business" calls at 9pm at night is just plain unprofessional.
