    I am on the Do Not Call list, and yet I get numerous calls daily.

    I received the same "you owe IRS" call and lawsuit.  IRS does not call you and tell you this. period.  I have dealt with IRS before and this is definitely a SCAM.  phone number 206-866-5679.
