Got a call from this number saying that IRS has a law suit against you.

I did too & after a long explanation, in a wicked creepy voice, the caller says " what's your bob size?" & I want to [***] you. Says I owe $3475. That needs to be paid, or if I want to fight in court that if I lose I would be charged $25,000. He says his name is Ronald Davis with a foreign accent.

My spouse & I received a threatening phone call from this number.  A person on called & threatened my wife with a "potential" Tax Audit & Lawsuit, based off of our previous tax-return filings from 2008 - 2012.  The person on the phone call claimed that a possible warrant for our arrest would be issued by the IRS + they would do the following: 1) put a lien on our home, 2) put a freeze on ALL of our accounts, & 3) have us served with a subpoena to appear in court due to certain "IRS Violations"!

The guy refused to provide us with ANY proof of documents or notices that he proclaimed to have sent to our place of residence.

I have received 3 phone calls today from this number.  Two were recorded and I picked up to listen to the pre-recorded
msg on the 3rd.  All saying the same thing about the IRS and a lawsuit and to call them back.

left msg that they were filing with local court and to call them back.  When I called was a bad connection and couldn't understand them, next time call was answered and then they hung up.

No company name showed on phone just phone number.

Called previously and left nasty messages. Called today and sais that I owe back taxes with penalties. They wanted information from me but couldn't tell me anything about the debt I supossedly owe. I gave them no informaion and hung up.

I had a phone call from this number at my house today while I was not at home.  The message that was left was part way through some pre-recorded message so I did not get the full message of who it was from.  It did repeat twice the phone number to call back.

After reading all of these recent posts, I am glad I did not answer the phone and have no intention of calling the number back.

I guess it is tax season so they think they rob any and all taxpayers.  Everyone beware!!

Received 2 automated calls today stating that an officer from the IRS would like to speak with me before pursuing a lawsuit and asked that I should call back

If you call these people back. You're a fool. I got called twice today.  First of all I don't answer the phone for numbers that I don't know. And I surly don't call people back that I don't know. Then they are saying that I am involved in a law suit. I am not suing anyone and I would think if someone was suing me id get paperwork in the mail.......Think about it!  It has to be a fraud.

Got a call from the number they left a message.

They must be out in full force, because they called me this morning.  Definitely a scam and they are hitting people up due to it being tax time.  Report them.

i got a call this morning stating they were with the IRS and a lawsuit was being filed against me. Thank you to all for reporting this as a scam.

Same recorded message as everyone else. I'm supposedly listed in a lawsuit. They've now been added to my blocked call list.

Got an automated call this morning claiming it was an officer of the IRS & there is a law suit against me. Was told to call back 206-905-1590.  This is scam and I filed my complaint with the IRS via their website: www.tigta.gov

Got several calls stating that the IRS has a lawsuit against me. Called back, as I was curious, and the woman, Ronnie Davis, was heavily accented. She said that they had sent me a mailing which I never received. I pressed her for more information as to what it was about but she said that she would only talk to me after I got the correspondence. She then hung up. Scammers!
