ANSWER THIS CALL! :)
It's just an Amazon delivery person trying to get in touch with you, eg. to get into an apartment building's mail room or check if it's okay to leave an item on your porch etc. A positive useful call for once . :) - RainerCaller claimed to be from Amazon but called me four days before delivery was due. He asked for my name and my address. I refused to give it to him. He then called back from 877-252-2701 and again I refused to give my name and address. He was slightly aggressive and stated that he would send me an email which I would have to answer. I never received an email. My package was delivered uneventfully four days later. Driver did not know anything about any problem with my address, etc.
- Caller: ?
- MustangAmazon Logistics support number. Called me because delivery driver was not able to get access to my building. Helped me coordinate with driver to pickup.

- Call the right number!Called my work phone which is 40 miles from my home three times between 6:42 & 6:46 PM on Saturday when I was at home waiting for the package. Never called the home phone or the cell phone so I didn't find out about it until I got back to work after the weekend. I put that number down for during business hours ... Not weekends!

- Robyn| 2 repliesI answered and it is a recording asking me to leave a message. I did and no call back. I am expecting Amazon.
- Caller: ? Amazon?
- Call type: Valid
- BigA replies to Robyn| 1 replyDespite what all the scammers are trying to say, this is not Amazon. They do not call you unless you have called them and entered your phone number. If you do not know who called, why did you report the call as "valid"?
- CM| 2 repliesThis number belongs to the cellphone of an Amazon Delivery Driver. Called ID said they were calling from Washington State, but apparently he now lives in Toronto, Canada.
- Caller: Amazon Delivery Driver
- Call type: Valid
- RAs people have already said, this was an amazon courier for Sunday same-day delivery. They were having trouble finding my place and just needed directions/instructions
- Caller: Amazon
- Call type: Valid
- Umm replies to CMThat would be a huge lie since Amazon does not call about a delivery. Why would someone in Washington State call you in Toronto Canada. Were they looking for directions on how to get you your home? What is that 3,000 or 4,000 miles? Give us a break, at least come up with a story that is somewhat believable, not a total fantasy.
- chestertonAmazon courier calling to drop off the package you ordered
- Caller: Amazon
- Call type: Valid
- GaEstrela| 1 replyWould you believe a guy from Amazon delivery would say he can't find you and ask for your address over the phone?
Either something wrong within the delivery system or someone hacked Amazon's data coz I used Prmie delivery often.
Please don't YELL over the phone nobody can understand anything at all. - NeverAnswerCallsConfirm it's Amazon trying to get a hold of you. If you call back, it says it's Amazon but it can't help you and you have to go through the Amazon Prime Now app. After the call, I went looking at my front door and the package was there.
- Caller: Amazon
- Call type: Event reminder
- po popopThis number is an Amazon rep helping couriers look for your house. They are probably trying to deliver something to you and they are having trouble finding your house or apartment. They just delivered my air purifier and the courier was confused by the numbering in our apartment complex. Pick up this call for sure!

- crzyjkrThis is definitely Amazon. Just received my package and this was the number that called. This call is from the work phone, they have to make the call from that phone first as per company policy.
- Caller: Amazon

- JayAmazon Prime Now driver calling because he was running early and wanted to make sure I'd be available to receive the package. While the sentiment is nice, the delivery address was the hotel I work for, and I did have delivery instructions saying to leave the package with the front desk since I wouldn't be at work for a couple hours anyway.
