This is the cellphone of an amazon driver, it's a legitimate call

This is Amazon Logistics which hires 3rd party drivers / contractors. Since Amazon does not trust them to just drop off the package, snap a picture of it and push a "delivered button" on the app and then just pick up the package and keep it (which I'm sure happened a lot or why else would Amazon require a signature upon delivery) This is why they are calling you - to let you know the package has arrived. I was also told by Amazon Customer Service that if the package is lost or stolen that the driver would have to pay for it. No kidding.

AMAZON COURIER...REAL

Got a call from this as I was expecting an Amazon Logistics delivery (saw that the driver GPS location was at my apartment). It started as a voicemail and began to mention odd stuff like if you're dyslexic press 69696969, schizophrenic, etc. I said hello hello then hung up. Called back and it's an Amazon Prime number apparently. Needless to say, I didn't get my package because it doesn't seem like there was a live person (I didn't press any buttons during the call)

Answer it if expecting Amazon delivery! It was Amazon delivery driver (in a personal small car) trying to call for correct address (my error). He called 3 times but did not leave any messages. Luckily I Tracked Package & saw he was a couple of houses away.

Amazon but they only give you about two seconds to answer the phone before they hang up.

I literally looked down to notice my phone ringing, picked it up to answer, and they hung up. They called back after a moment so I tried to grab my phone quickly again and they had already hung up lol.

So you have about two seconds to answer this phone call. May the odds forever be in your favor.

Ha! Like everyone said it was Amazon delivery person. I ordered with rush shipping and it was delivered by Amazon instead of ups, usps. Fortunatley, the delivery person was able to get in the building and I got package.

I did not recognize the number. No voicemail was left. I deleted & blocked due to the above info.

Would be nice if they set it up with Caller ID or leave a message. 🙄

27 missed called betweeen 8:37-8:48 am today. Seriously, 27 times you call?! And leave no message. And I got a text saying my package from Amazon was delivered.

Like everyone has stated, it was Amazon. I ended up here after my phone rang with a Seattle call. It is 9:30 on a Tuesday night, so I was extremely skeptical that it was amazon. I go to my front door and peek out (for the record, I have a large dog, I know nobody knocked or rang the bell, the dog bomb wasn’t set off) and yup, there’s my box of toilet paper. I’m a bit confused since they have delivered a ton of things to my house and have yet to knock, ring, or call. They left a vacuum on my front porch on Sunday which wasn’t disguised at all, it was shipped in it’s glorious store box so the world knew there was an expensive vacuum on my porch, yet they call me for a case of Charmin? Also, no message was left.

Ignored the call because I didn't recognize the number. Looked out the window and saw the Amazon van pulling away. Went to the door and found my package inside the foyer.

Well, I just got a call from this number in Los Angeles and don’t have any pending deliveries. SCAM.

This is legitimate call from Amazon delivery service to tell you they have package for you.

It was the Amazon delivery driver. They were having trouble finding our house. The number gets routed through Amazon, and you are unable to call back.

This was indeed an Amazon delivery driver, but you’d never know it. When I answered his SIX calls in less than 5 minutes, I was immediately directed to his voicemail, which was apparently full. Then he tried to send an SMS, apparently? I got an automated system saying there was an SMS. What a disaster.

If he calledcyou, how did you get directed to his voicemail? Anyway, why did you look up the number when you already know who called you?
