They said "IRS is filing a lawsuit against me"
First of all the [***] IRS will not be calling you to tell you they're filing a lawsuit against you they will send you  a [***] letter in the mail when I receive this call I knew it was a [***] scam

This is a scam. Caller said it was the IRS trying to reach me. They were filing a lawsuit against me. That isn't how IRS works.

Got the same message from the IRS trying to alert me for a lawsuit against me did not answer I will report

Unidentified call whic I do not answer.  Left a message: This is the IRS.  You are being sued.  Please call us at (206) 984-0573. The number repeated.  My APP identified it as a SCAM!  BLOCKED & BLACKLISTED

Scam Call saying IRS...can't call the number back

I got the same message.  I have been in financial world a long time and new that the IRS wouldn't leave a message, and then they would send something in the mail not just make a phone call.  Looked up online and saw these messages.  SCAM....don't answer!  THey just want access to your phone somehow.

what app did you use to identify and how did you blacklist it?

This is 100 percent phishing scam. The IRS is in Andover MA not Seattle WA. They would not file a law suit they would work with you. Also why a pre recored message. Lol these scammers must think people are stupid.

Call from 206-984-0573 saying the IRS has files a lawsuit against me..

This is a fake irs scam. The people are foreign, looking to get your ss# to steal your identity.  They even tried calling on a different number same 206 area code to say they were microsoft and i had a virus on my computer. Lol i work for a microsoft reseller.
