I answered and they were a survey company asking about opinions of political candidates  for the next state election.

They kept cursing me out and insulting me as soon as I called back and asked who I was calling to. They immediately said it’s the IRS but then one min after i assume they knew I wasn’t buying it, that’s when they started insulting me

I didn’t answear and they didn’t leave voice mail no go on texting it too
