I dont know who this is, it went directly to my voice mail someone talking about home business.

Excited person wanting to give me info about making money from home. I just hung up.

This was a recorded message; no live person.  In the recording the person identified themselves as "Kevin".  They encouraged you to visit the website atn78(dot)com to make a lot of money.  Kevin claimed he has made a lot of money over the last few years through this company, which can only be a false claim since this domain name was first registered on 06-Nov-2012.  Its not even 1 month old so how did he use it a "few years ago?".  The domain name is registered through a third party to hide the actual individuals/companies that are running it.

The government's DO NOT CALL laws do not require that your phone number be registered to file a complaint if the phone call you get from a telemarketer is a recorded message such as this is.

I encourage everyone to submit a complaint at www.donotcall.gov with all the information that you can provide.  The DoNotCall website says that these complaints will not individually trigger an investigation, but they will be used as collective evidence when the FTC pursues companies and individuals.
