Debra Bradford of Bradford Neal and Associates with a pending legal case and if not contacted today by me or my legal representative I waive my right to counsel; I called back several times and a recording stating that the VM is not set up. I answered the call today and pressed one, a woman answered  and I  gave my number and the lady stated I did not have a case and hung the phone up

Received a call from Drummond Miles about an in pending  legal  case against me. Wanted me are my attorney to call him back or he would forward my case to court.

Did anyone ever notice when they received calls from this Deborah that she never mentions your name?  That way if you try to sue them for harassment they can say they dialed a wrong number etc.  What losers.

Well that would not work as a defense on a couple of counts.  First, the call was made to you, so whether she said your name or not, the attempt to collect the debt violated the FDCPA and various state laws.  The second reason is that you would not be suing for "harassment".  Everyone seems to think that is what you sue for but you are all wrong.  That might be one count, but you would be suing using the FDCPA and any state collection laws that might be on the books.

If this were a legitimate debt it would have been covered in a bankruptcy over 10 yrs ago. So the federal court would definitely consider it harassment. But since I don’t know who they are or who they are collecting for, I’ll just keep blocking them.

Once again we have a failure to understand the law.  Harassment is not a federal question of law.  However, the FDCPA specifically states that it is illegal to attempt to collect a debt that is not owed.  Also, Bankruptcy law specifically states that it is illegal to collect a debt that has been discharged.  While we presently do not know where they are located, they will make a mistake and they will be found.
