Pre-recorded call saying there was no problem with my credit card but I should ask them for a lower rate - how is this not an illegal unsolicited telemarketing call? They told my answering machine to press 1 for a live operator and 2 to be removed, but asking to be removed would be agreeing I was legally on their list in the first place.

Had the same call as above on my voicemail, they called back when I was
home. I pressed 1, the woman came on and asked "did you call to get a
lower interest rate today?" I said No, I called to ask you to take my
# off you're call list.... Before I could finish my sentence, I got a huge
sigh, followed by a click..

I get this call daily! I have 2 lines into my home and I get them on both lines!
