I receive one phone call a day from this number as well.  They always seem to call when I'm at work. (0500-1400), upon calling them back, it offers me a chance to get my name off of the list and says it takes about a day to process.  After 2 weeks now, I'm still on the list.  Doing a little more research into the matter, Google provided the info saying that the telephone number is being used by Choice One Communications.  Hopefully this will be a bit helpful to anyone else getting this phone call

Same issue as everyone else. I'm affraid that if I call them back I could get charged some crazy fee. Has anyone found out any more info on this company or caller?
