Does anyone know who this is I called it back just  rang and rang no answer.

Missed a call from this number. I called it back and once the call connected no one said anything, You could just hear someone breathing on the other end. I said hello four or five time, no response other then breathing

receiving many calls from this number. always silence.

This number called me and is from a university. I have no clue how they got an idaho number. And they didn't stop calling until I answered.

It calls over and over....I never answer calls from unknown numbers.

Several missed calls from this number never a voicemail. Called back and they said it was Colorado Technical University. Never applied or asked for any information not sure how they got my number. They also had my maiden name which changed a long time ago. Beware.

They've called me 3 times just today. I blocked it but I still get a notification even when it's blocked. I refuse to answer unidentified numbers.
