I keep getting calls from this number, at all times of the day, as well.  Caller ID says "Private Name".  I don't answer, and they don't leave messages. I did an internet search and found the same info.  It's annoying!

Asking for money for the police to help take kids shopping...............  Need I say more

This person called and left a message on my answering machine at 5:54 pm.... it was weird creepy music that went on for 1.26 minutes.

Caller stated he was with the Idaho Peace Officer's Association or some such asking for money.  I declined because the caller ID says IEE.  Have received at least three calls a day since then.  I don't answer and they don't leave a message.

It's legit.  I've personally contributed a number of times and they are who they say they are.  It's actually a great program.

why don't you just call them and ask them why they are so annoying:

Idaho Entertainment Events - ruining your telephone experience

I have contacted Vince Zappy about his organization, and they continue to call. In his last email to me he stated that his organization would not be contacting me again, however, I received a call this morning.

This organization keeps 90% of the money and only contributes 10%. Zappy is a shyster and has been such for many years he now has tax leins and it is only a matter of time before he goes to prison.

WRONG! This is indeed a scam. A friend if mine actually ran a boiler room for the Shop With A Cop local here in Boise. Has also would travel around the state and to other states. The stories he told me would make your jaw drop. The amount of money that actually goes to the program is pennies on the dollar. If you want to donate to an organization, use an organization like the Salvation Army, Boise Mission, your church, Idaho Food Bank, etc. DO NOT give these people a dime.

I work at iee and i like to think were helping kids in the commumity.If you donate here local then you should come out and see where your money is going.great cause! just to see the kids have fun and smile makes it all worth the constant annoying phone calls.my sons injoys goin to vinnys events and we thank our community for sticking by are local law inforcement.we dont mean to be pests just trying to make a difference in our neck of the woods. thank you for your support the kids thank you.

youre an idiot. I personally know the person who runs the shop with a cop. The detective and the office owner. They are who they say and they help an amazing amount of people in the community.

I called the Idaho Peace Officers Association and the lady said they received only 15% of the pledge.  She was very pleasant and deleted my pledge.  The disconcerting part is that I donated last year without checking.  My bad.

I donated last year as well.  Thought hard before donating this year to anyone simply because 99% of the organizations I donated to last year are "professional fundraisers".  I also know that the term "professional fundraiser" has a very broad definition.  So, to keep my money where I want it to go, I also will be donating locally here in Salmon.  I feel you should support locally so your community is receiving the betterment of the donation.

I almost always save up a gigantic [***] so when they call I can make some of the dopest beats any [***] has ever made off of a toilet bowl for them. They always seem to be appreciative of my efforts. I don't really care if they keep 90% of my [***] beats. I think they should be enjoyed by all. Im just happy I can add something to this great community.
