Received a call from (208) 286-4663, the answering machine/voice tree said it was American School Publishing.Then it asks you to dial "1" , which I did and they lady asks you the name of your business.

I did not tell her mine and she put me thru to a sales rep named "Mike", h then asked how he could help me and I said, well you phoned me.

He asked if I had a business and I said yes. Then he asked when I was calling from, I said the (208) area code.

Then he said the were not calling any Idaho business, so I just hing up.

I put my phone on a "NO CALL" list and I still get CRAP TELEMARKETING calls !!!

If you're listed as a business, you've no protection under the Do Not Call list.

It falls under "business-to-business" calling, thus is perfectly legal to numbers on the Do Not Call list.

We get them here too.. :\

this person was trying to sell tools to us and said "well you wasted my time so i can waste your time and call there 40 times a day and distribute your number to every business out there" after i said do not call here anymore.the guy said his name was brian from big state industrial.
