multiple calls from this number.  no message left. I don't answer calls from people who can't be bothered to leave a message.

anyone know who this might be?

This is a student loan bill collector.  If you have a phone number or address now that once belonged to someone who owes them money, too bad for you.  They call everyday at 8:59 a.m. and refuse to remove you from their phone list even if you are on the DO NOT CALL list.

I have been called everyday since December of '09 from this phone number.  They do not leave a message and I do not know who they are.

I am getting a call repeatedly from this number, I have not answered it yet and now, after reading what it is I'm happy I did not.  I'm over 50 and have never had a student loan I have no idea how they got my number but they'll never hear me pick up the phone.

I got two calls from this number today. I checked the number out here and decided to call them back since I am nearly 50 and have no student loans out. It was IC Systems, a debt collector for Target. IC has called me daily from at least four different numbers in four different states when they've been repeatedly told to call me AFTER 5-but no they call anytime but after 5.  The one time I spoke with a rep from IC the woman was rude, argumentative and suggested repeatedly that I take out a loan to pay my debt-if I can't pay the monthly charge what would make her think I could take out a loan to pay it off?  It's only about $2000 anyway.  They are nuts....

I don't have a student loan and they called me also.  Didn't leave a message of course.

Repeatedly calling almost 5 minutes between calls. No message left.  Block the number!
