These people call me more than my mother which I say in the least they call twice a day. I called them back and told them to remove my number from their call list so we will see how that goes. From reading the previous posts I definately narrowed it down. I had a problem with my ebay account in which they wrongly charged my bank account and my bank ended up reinbursing me for the the issue but ebay froze my account and I haven't gotten around to take care of it but I figured out the reason for the calls….it is definately ebay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or paypal…..  BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some Indian sounding lady called me today asking for me and I asked them "who wants to know?" and they asked "well is his wife there?"

I never had Ebay or Pay Pal.

It is ebays personal bill collectors. I Just finished off paying paypal, as I sold a 2000 Usd Software, and The people had the nerve to install it on their computer, use the product key, and send it back. I ended up having  a 120 usd dept in paypal, and 2000 in ebay. I Am NEVER paying back ebay for the idiots they are.

I just started calling today, and first a man answered, I asked hello who is this, and the lady immedietly took over, I asked her, How did you get this number, She said, I supplyed it, I asked where? She said, I need to know your full name, Dob, and address be for i talk to you, I said, why would i give you my information, she said ok, click.

They are a bunch of rude mother ....... and i might need to change my number now.

Yeah I just got a call from them too. It's because I sold a phone to some guy in the Bahamas, and after not hearing anything from the guy for a month, he decided to open a claim because he "never got the package". I had proof and receipts that I sent the phone, but ebay still gave him the refund just because I didn't provide tracking services (when the buyer from Bahamas has stated that he didn't want tracking services). Now ebay is after me to pay them back for refunding that scammer. Ebay is a huge scam! They're pathetic and don't even investigate (they probably don't at all) certain situations. The funny thing is that they've tried calling me with other numbers as well.

208-515-7481 calls me about 5 times a day but when i pick up they never say shi* so after about a thousand calls i finally hit the boiling point and  HIT THAT BLOCK BUTTON! lol

They keep calling 3 or 4 times a day same idiot leaving a message, well not really a message. He doesn't realize my voice mail picked up. Tempted to change my number. I know this is about my ebay account and the outrageous bill they keep giving me even though i haven't been selling or buying somehow i am still getting billed. Bunch of BS.

yep its ebay, i already blocked their +12023679287 number.... i just can't believe i gave them an active google voice number, usually i give them a fake number... or inactive google voice number, but this time i gave the one i actually use for my business... i don't know why though, anyway i'm able to block them....

they were initially calling me (from the 202-367-9287) 2-4 times a day, i would act like some crazy person or speak in a random language or tell them really really negative things-- it was quite fun actually. then i decided to block them, hadn't heard from them for a week then they started back up today and have called twice, so i just blocked them again (208-515-7481)...

hopefully this will be the end of it.

If someone sues ebay and takes them to court for this harassment I will 100% support you-- we should start some type of petition b/c their harassment is OUT OF CONTROL its worse then sallie mae.

We should find out where their offices are located and burn them down--- restoration style! lol.

This is a third-party collection agency.  It is NOT a scam!
If you want them to stop calling--pay your overdue bills.  It's that simple.  Also, you cannot file an FCC "Don't Call List" complaint.  When you opened your account and provided your phone numbers as contact info--you gave them and anyone else associated with your account consent to call you.
Now, you can file a harassment complaint if they threaten you with jail, etc.
If you thought you were responsible enough to open these accounts, then be responsible enough to pay them.  It's not rocket science, people--it's life.

It's not harassment!  You owe money--they are trying to get it.  Pay your measly $20.00 and stop whining about harassment.
Oh, I forgot--this is the "Me" generation, and nobody does anything wrong, or is mature enough to take care of their business.  Some of you just want a free ride through life, and it's not going to happen.

Continual calls. They even call my mother and threatened her several times, with nasty and unprofessional mannerisms. Isn't this behavior against the law?? Needs to stop. They can't do ANYTHING  to you, so they get mad because all they are getting is a measley paycheck, no commision for collections. You have to be a moron to be in collections in this day and age. No one has any money right now and it's not going to get any better for a long, long time. Thanks.

866-545-9145 or contact the Federal Trade Commision. They are busy as hell with these types of calls and harrassment, but they eventually get to the problem. Usually wind up fining the company practicing their harrassment tactics. Good luck.

I owe ebay 25$ and they call from multiple numbers everyday.
