I get a call every day about 9 AM from IC; I stopped answering.  They are NOT a bill collector because I owe no one anything.  It's ann oying and I am sick of it.  I do not see why these types of calls are legal.  This one supposedly comes from a cellular in Boise, ID.

On a board for a different number, someone suggested checking with your phone carrier to see if you can route calls and then route all the telemarketers to each other.

Get one call a day for the last week at my work number.  No one responds after I answer and I don't wait.

They refuse to say who they represent and try to play it off as a privacy issue hat they can't reveal that information. I then tried to return there call and someone picked up and again I ask who they are and they hanged up. I tried several times with the same results. Does anyone know whom they are?

IC Systems website claims that they are the largest collection agency in the nation. The website list and enormous amount of telephone numbers so you may get tons of calls from many different phone numbers but all from IC systems. The one that I found out info on was Capitol One.
