I’ve been getting 5-6 calls a day from this number and anytime I have answered I’ll say hello over and over only to get complete silence. I don’t owe anyone anything so if it’s an actual debt Collector then I don’t know why they would be calling. So I definitely feel like it’s scammers and the point for calling I have no idea when they don’t say a word to you. I almost wonder if they are just trying to record our voices or something

What would be the point in recording your voice saying "Hello" over and over? And if you're getting that many calls a day, have you considered blocking the number?
