A note to the above IC Systems Inc.:

The address IC Systems gave for the Boise satellite location: 1109 W Main St
Boise, ID 83702 is the address for a hotel called Owyhee Plaza Hotel, but the phone number shows I.C. Systems.

I don't know if the hotel has been converted into office suites for rent, or if someone resides here or uses the hotel for the purpose of giving a false address...

Any which way, it's still a collection agency calling you.

I have received continous cals from this number. Day and night.Weekends and all.

I too am getting MULTIPLE calls from this number on the daily. If I pick up noone is there. Why call and then NOT say anything? Have no clue why they are calling me. Thanks for the posts!

This number calls my unlisted number at least 4 times a day I would like them to stop, how do I make this happen.

I've Gotten Multiple Annoying Calls From This Number ... They call twice a day, once in a.m. and once in p.m. while I am at work.   Phone rings 3 times and then disconnects, leaving NO Message.  They really need to QUIT CALLING.

They call, don't speak when call is answered, don't leave a voice mail if call left unanswered!  
I don't owe money to anyone.... If you are a collection agency wouldn't it behoove you to speak when a call is answered?!

They Call the Debtors trying to collect money for their clients. However, for doing so, they are harassing and bothering other people as well, If the think they can get information or new phone number or address of the person who owes money to their clients. I do not know if what they doing is legal or not but they are harassing people to get a lead, where they can contact the person they are looking for. I had to changed my phone number because they called on daily basis looking for a unknown person even though my number was on NO CALL LIST( its another Joke. NO CALL LIST!!! they call anyway) Best way to deal with them; answer the phone and say I can not pay and not have any money. ask them if they accept part of your food stamps as a payment plan or if they would lend you some money to pay the other half dozen collection agencies who calling every day. Also asked them to call you tomorrow that you can talk some more.  or Better; Get the person's extension # and call them few times a day. Tell him/her that you got bored and wanted to call to find out what's going on.  How's everything, how is the family? ask about his wife, How she's doing, Kids? etc. Then ask; if he could lend you some money or knows of anybody that you could borrow some money to payoff your bills or you should call  him tomorrow? that would stop the calls . guarantee.
