No message left

They repeatedly call me day and night, for a name that I do not recognize. They refuse to give an address, so that I can make them stop calling. They call three times daily, from as early as 7:30 in the morning to 9:00 at night. Sometimes when I pick the phone up they don't say anything at all it is just dead air. It is very very very IRRITATING!!!

They just called me for the first time this morning. A number I didnt recognize, so I didnt pick up the call. I called back and asked who they were. The woman said they are IC Systems and said they would need the phone number that they call me at. I hung up and searched who IC Systems is and they are a collection agency.

received five calls from them today (never picked up).  called me four times yesterday, two times on monday, and first time on saturday.

PLEASE STOP

It is Target. You may be late on your credit bill. This number calls my cell phone dozens of times a day. They used to leave messages, that's how I know. The crazy part is, I've never had a Target card. The messages were for someone else, not me.
