Am completely annoyed that I have received 3 calls to my cell phone in 2 days. I want to know how to file a complaint and get them blocked from calling this number.  It is bad enough that they can get my home phone number.

if you're a verizon customer, i found this online and i placed them on the spam list.  i hope it works cause this is bull..

1. Go into your Verizon Wireless Account on-line. "My Verizon" (Please make sure you have an account all ready or you just created an account)

Then Go To "My Services"

Choose the SPAM Control under Verizon Safeguards: There you can add up to 5 phone numbers that you do not want to contact you. This also prevents these #s from text messaging you.
*Press APPLY then you are done. They block these #s for 3 months at a time. So you will have to repeat the steps in 3 months.
*To Unblock these #s, do the same exact steps as above, except just delete the number you want to unblock. Press "APPLY" and the number is unblocked.

3 unwanted calls from this number.....google says that it has something to do with the "tea baggers".  i have enough sense to make my own decisions, do not need some moron to tell me what to do...block these people from tying up my phone line.   thank you!

There is not a single missed spelled word in my post. I know when you disagree with someone's posting, and you don't have a counter point to make, the one thing you can always fall back on is to criticizing spelling and or grammar but in this case you have nothing.

Called my cell 3-20-10 @ 1:26 PM & wanted to know if i am a registered voter.  I said "Yes" & hung up.  Has not called again.  I'll assume by the list of comments it was about the then upcoming healthcare vote.  Yes, it was some guy named Tony whatever.  I'll report it to the Do Not Call list.

I got a call from this phone on Friday...and I live in Santiago, Chile.

I am on the national Do Not Call registry. I shouldn't be receiving calls like this. I reported it vis the "File a complaint" page on the registry's web site. I hope you'll do the same. Link is here: https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

We should not need to do this especially if you are on the Do Not Call List. I will be talking to see if voter registrations are public record and also talking to my congressman about this. In addition, posisbly filing a compliant with the do not call list.

"Hi this is Tony Perkins with a brief survey.  Are you a registered voter?"  This call has come to my cell phone twice now.  I have tried to call back and get my number removed and only get a busy signal. Frustrating.

Whoever it is they are using up my cell phone minutes and it's bulls--t.I hope I spelled everything right as I didn't graduate high school!

I have received two  unsolicted calls from this number.  I consider these type of calls a violation of the sacntity of my home. We consumers should be able to have our names blocked on the Do Not Call List.

I received two calls from this number on my cell phone - 208-991-1250.  "Cell phone" being the key words here, I pay for my minutes.  It should be illegal for any unsolicited calls to be sent to cell phones.  I filed a complaint and will be calling the numbers that were in a text message that I received.  I bet they are from the same people.

ESH you are correct.  This is another scam call.  Do what I do and block the number from calling you.
They also use 208-991-1250 with ID's as Votertalk 2010 and Voteraicall.  They must have a bank of numbers to call from. I blocked all numbers from 1200 thru 1260 and the calls stopped.
