I am very grateful for the above post as it has identified the caller.  We have been receiving calls from various I. C. Systems nos. 651-204-1374, 202-367-9234 since Jan. 29. They were told that the address they have is not our addr. nor have we ever lived there.  They are pursuing the wrong person (common name).  Our ph# is on the Do Not Call Registry.  We have no debt.  They are headquartered in St. Paul MN.  I urge everyone who receives calls from these parasites to file complaints with the MN State Atty General http://www.ag.state.mn.us/.  Also file a complaint with the FTC https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ which can be done online.  These people need to be shut-down.

This un familiar caller has called for the last three weeks up to ten times a day, often late at night. The caller never leaves a message.  If this is in fact a collection agency I am concerned as I have no outstanding debt nor late payments on any account.  If its concern is "collection" then why not identify the recipient of their pursuit and the reason for the harassing calls.
I too am registered with the Do Not Call Registry.
