Same here. First phone call, didn't say anything

Did reverse look-up on it. The number is registered to Boise, ID. They left a message saying "We may call back later." Nothing else.

I have had over a dozen calls from this number.  I call that harassment.  They say they are doing a survey and may call back later.  I finally answered the call once and hung up on them.  They continue to call.  The automated call says he's the oldest son of Pres. Ronald Reagan.
They wonder why people are turned off by politics.

If someone been trying to sell airieal pictures of your property and you collect stuff they try to buy it from you.  They call pretending they do surverys to see if your home.

I too received a call from this number - the computer indicated it was "from the oldest son of Ronald Reagan."  Some of the questions -

Was I pro-life
Do I believe Man-Woman is the only correct marriage in the USA
Should Tax dollars be spent on abortion
was I a male
was I over 50

AIRPNZPOL is NOT anything I have done business with, nor has my husband, and since the recording states that it is with no "political party" (although they wanted to know if I was a Republican) there is no reason for this to continue.  They had no right to interrupt my afternoon nap!!!!!

Conducting a survey

The 208-991-1285 caller is the Americans In Contact Organization.  It's a Political Action Committee, or a private group organized to elect political candidates or advance the outcome of a political issue.  This recent round of calls is to identify conservatives within communities, specifically in attempting to sway moderates on the abortion issue by insinuating that tax dollars are being spent for the procedure, though the recent law passed for health reform and existing federal laws prohibit gov't funding for abortion.  
For all of you who are contacted, don't feel alone -  the AICPAC claims to have over 120,000,000 homes' phone numbers and they will continue to robocall your house.  Here's the company information for the advertising group (listed on the AICPAC website) running the calls:
"ccAdvertising master database of 120,000,000 publicly listed phone numbers currently re-flects the migration of mobile phone numbers to publicly listed directories. These publicly listed numbers are available as part of ccAdvertising’s normal “Artificial Intelligence Call (AIC)” survey processes and services. Perhaps if enough people call Gabriel Joseph, the advertising group might reconsider ignoring the do not call list.

Just received a survey call.  About the 3rd I have been avoiding.  I know that non-profit groups can call houses even if you are on the Do Not Call List but what about political groups?

I missed a phone call from these people. I had no idea what they were and I didn't know this number or anything. So they called me back over and over. Is there any way to make it stop?

Should be illegal to bypass the Federa Do Not Call Liist!  Only an idiot could answer such ignorant obviously biased questions with a yes/no answer.

Someone has "spoofed" our number, which means that whoever called you "tricked" your caller ID to display an incorrect phone number. Telemarketers do this so you cannot complain, but they failed... you can still file a complaint here to fight back against unethical telemarketers.
