800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also. We can't stop anyone from calling you either.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Call my number couple of times everyday, no message left. Very annoying. Anyone know what they are up to?

It's definitely a telemarketer. The number itself is a "ghost number"--you cannot call it back. I tried calling it with my ID hidden and I could never connect to it. You'd be best served to block it, as they will keep calling (I set my phone so it just goes to voice mail when they call--they will not leave a message, so you I effectively blocked them).

I picked up and it was a person with a foreign accent asking me if I want to refinance my home. This is disturbing because I am currently refinancing. I also received numerous loan offers to refinance via the mail. I asked the company I am working why this was happening. She said when a mortgage company checks your credit online with the keywords refinance apparently this information is shared with everyone. Very intrusive. As soon as I get some time I will be writing to as many officials as possible. I do not want my privacy compromised. name on caller id is out of area.

yes we are getting the same thing. They said they are from US fnancial. I tried to look them up but don't think they are a legit company. Most likely just a telemarketer pounding a call list they get from some other company or feed.

Asked for me, my husband asked f he could help and they hung up. Tried to call back and got no ring just dead air
