A live person (man) right off the bat asking if the "Owner" of the company is here, when I say no, he says, I'll call back.  He has called at least 1x or 2x before so I don't before to ask where he's calling from although I am certain it is a telemarketing call

Get tons of these calls!  They say it is for Google advertising.  They are NOT Google.  Gets these calls almost daily.  They will call from a particular number such as this one a couple of times, then the next day or two the number changes...but its all the same, Google advertising.  The numbers show up from coast to coast.  New York, Texas, Florida, Arizona...its all the same "Can I speak with the owner" and all about advertising on Google.  Does NOT matter if you select the "do not call" list, they just call from another number.  Been going on daily for over a year or two.  DON'T WASTE TIME, DON'T ANSWER.  Answer only calls you know the caller's ID.

Local light house web makers did the same to me. They said they were "Google". Google is now suing them. I'll bet local lighthouse has reGrouped and starting over in another name. Check it out on TripAdvisor & yelp, they had several numbers and names.  Local lighthouse, web designers, local web. Hit my bank account 5 times after blocking them. My bank and I did a 3 way phone call and my Bank put them in check. 4 months now and so far, so good

Had 4 calls so far on January 4, 5 ,6 and 9 between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. phone shows "unknown caller".  I'm in area code 209 but don't answer "unknowns" and later research "unknown callers".
