Apparently an automatic call comes in, refers to press 1 for discounted insurance offers. When I asked where they got my phone number they always hang up. I have numerous calls with different phone numbers but have the identical voice pre-recorded messages.

(209) 208-7074 called and left no message.

Received hang up in voicemail.  Number blocked.

Caller left no message on my cell phone. If it's telemarketing as described in earlier comments, they disregard the do-not-call list.

This happened to me because I clicked on an ad that looked like Medicare (used their logo) on Facebook. It said Medicare could get you dental insurance inexpensively. I clicked, submitted my phone number, then when it asked me for inappropriate info, I closed box without hitting submit button. Unfortuneately it was too late. They had grabbed my phone number. I began to receive phone calls right away - a dozen each day for many days, then down to 4 per week. They are all insurance companies that were given my phone number. In trying to contact the original advertizer, I request how to get in touch with them and like it is said above, each caller hangs up on me.
