From the notes on this number one can only surmise they are paid by the dial, not by the number of connections made with actual humans.  Or think they are.  

Really, you can make more money at a burger joint than dialing-for-schmucks (and your customers are probably happier).

More from the California Fraternal Order of Police scammers. These idiots are using many 209 and 213 area code numbers in their attempts to rip off poor souls. DO NOT DONATE TO these operators -- they keep the majority of funds raised and it's time for the Attorney Generals to outlaw this type of "legal" scam. Surprised the cops don't get more active with these clowns since it's causing few -- if any -- to donate when they hear the words "Fraternal Order Of..."

Another 9:00 am Saturday morning call: These dipnoids don't have a clue some of us sleep in on weekends, RUDE-RUDE-RUDE. I guess any time is no good time for this kind of crapola.
This was their second try (Oct 28) to pick my pockets but ended up in my dreaded-evil call blocker.

NOTE::: Amazon offers several call blockers that are affordable, the one I purchased will nuke 1,200 numbers, when it hits quota, delete & start all over.

Same old... Here's a trick I just figured out. When getting a call from any unwanted number, (assuming you have Caller ID) answer as quickly as possible. Then immediately hang up. Don't say anything, just click on and click off. This is exactly what call blockers do. The caller may think you have a call blocker and take you off the list. I've noticed that this works for a good number of these scumbag calls but not all. Maybe it will help reduce the calls you get.

They always think they're right, and if you question them, you're immediately on the receiving end of their arrogance.  Listen to them carefully.  Their most common response is, "this is not up for discussion."

I received a phone call at 551 PM PST from phone #209-217-0413, I did not answer. No message left. Caller ID showed V11920505900455, whatever that is supposed to mean.

Even if the solicitation is legitimate, I don't see why I should donate.  They asked me to give to their fire/police retirement fund.  I work in a semi-hazardous job and nobody is contributing to my retirement.

Keep getting calls from this police charity telemarketer. Why do the these so-called police charities insist on contracting with such skanky telemarketing operations. We will NEVER donate to any police charity simply because of the horrid and annoying terlemarketing. Time to add charities to the Do Not Call law.

Got a call from 209-217-0413  anonymous    I have verizon & use the 10 call block limit-no extra and all anonymous calls are blocked.  What a blessing  

Panasonic has a phone that will block 250 numbers ( my Christmas present to my self) I wonder how long it will take me to fill it up?

Called again, this time on a Wed at 6:30p, no msg left.
Caller ID shows V20321354000457, only #'s that appear like that are spam.
