Caller ID showed 'incoming call."  Phone rang twice.  Left no message.  Reviewed caller list, and found an ID for Nation Support--whatever that name may conjure.

Caller ID read "Nation Support".  I have no idea who or what that might be, nor did I recognize the number, so I didn't answer.  Phone rang 3 times and then quit, an obvious sign of a robocall.

Got a call from this number today.  Missed it, and would not have answered it anyway because it was not familiar.  I have learned to let them go, ck for voicemail, and then come to 800notes!   I most certainly do appreciate this little service.  What a blessing!!  However, therefore, I do not know who called or where the call came from, only what I read above.  Must be a new one because I notice all commenters posted since this January 1.

They want donations for cops.. They don't care about the do not call registry..

repeatedly getting calls from this number. no one speaks when answered. called number back still no real person. said press 1 to be removed from call list. i''m already on  do not call registry. am reporting to correct authorities.

Got a call today from this number 209-217-3582; I answered and there was silence, then someone said, Hello, this is Ken Doherty then the connection was lost.  The caller ID said NationSupport.

What's the point of having a DO NOT CALL REGISTRY if calls keep coming in?

I got a call today at 4:42 pm from Ken Daugherty (sp?) an alleged law enforcement charity.

I told him I am on the NO CALL list.

He said that doesn't affect him, but he would put on the internal NO CALL list.

Since it was not a sales call, he is correct. At least he volunteered to place you on their internal Do Not Call list. Many solicitors for charities hang up when you try to ask them to or ignore the request.

That 'volunteer' spiel is all baloney. They don't care about Do Not Call. If you call their number back the ONLY option you have is to press 1 to be put on their own Do Not Call list. But the only reason they ask you to press 1 is to see if there is a real live human being on the other end of that call. Once they find that out they keep on calling. Other companies, or at least other company names use this ploy. I know because I tried it to see if it would work. It will not. Any time you call a company back and your only option is to press 1 to be 'left alone' you have found a company that makes their money screwing you. These people don't care about cops. They care about money. And probably about stealing a few ID's along the way.

Received a call from this # at 7:19pm...Rang once.

tried to get me to give them my address so they could send me an envelope for the donation to the police fund.  wouldn't give any more info only wanted info.  i blocked their number

Telemarketer using automated voice intro - I used to work for a firm that used these.  This one said "Hi, this is Jim Doherty"  The telemarketer on the other end gets confused when you give a weird response, because they control what is said with a button, using standard responses.  Just don't even bother answering.

Showed in "name" space as:  V20716383700045. They'd hung up by the time I answered

Just got a call from 209-217-3582, but unlike the above posts the caller ID said Cypress Health.  I never answer unknown numbers, and they did not leave a message.

CID said "NationSupport." I picked up and didn't say anything, and it hung up.

Just had a callfrom this number. I answered and no one was  there.
